At Amalfi Jewellery, every jewellery piece is made with premium materials and handcrafted care. Because of the delicate nature of our products, we require an unboxing video to entertain any claims.
Please note the following policies:
No return or exchange, unless the product is damaged, in which case an unboxing video will be required.
Unboxing video should be sent along with clear pictures of the damaged pieces, within 24 hours of delivery.
Once the product is received by us, a credit note will be issued.
